Return policy:

We have a 14 day return policy. Please contact us by email or phone within 14 days of receiving the product and send the product back to our store (return the product to our designated shipping address). However, this only applies to unused products. Regarding the shipping costs associated with returns, we will cover them if the product is defective or faulty, but if the return is due to customer convenience or the product is different from the image seen in the picture, the customer will be responsible for the costs.
